This CrossFit class will be an introduction to the movements and methodology. Dylan will lead the group through a series of functional movements, fine tuning your mechanics before adding intensity to the workout.
LES MILLS (BODYATTACK)
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Brooke will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Sara strives to bring yoga to the non-yogi. Her classes are accessible to all levels and always include a sprinkle of humor. Aside from yoga, Sara dabbles in many fitness activities including CrossFit, spin, Les Mills classes and dancing. If you’re new to yoga or nervous to try your first class, drop into Sara’s class. She’ll make you feel at home!
